If you submit inquiries to us via our contact form, the information provided, including any contact details, will be stored to handle your inquiry and follow up if necessary. We will not share this information without your consent.
Data Processing Basis
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to contract execution or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing relies on our legitimate interest in handling requests efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.
Data Retention Period for Contact Form Information
The information you provide in the contact form will be retained until you request its deletion, revoke your consent, or when the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g., after we’ve resolved your inquiry). This is subject to any legal data retention requirements.

If you contact us by email, phone, or fax, your inquiry and any related personal data (e.g., name, request) will be stored and processed to address your inquiry. We do not share this data without your consent.

Custom Services
Handling of Applicant Data
We provide the opportunity to submit job applications via email, postal services, or an online application form. Below, we explain the scope, purpose, and use of personal data collected in the application process. We ensure your data is handled confidentially and in compliance with privacy laws.
Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
If you apply for a job with us, we process your personal data (e.g., contact information, application documents) to make decisions regarding employment. This is based on § 26 BDSG (German Law for Employment Negotiation), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and, if consent is provided, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be revoked at any time. Internally, only individuals involved in the application process access this data.
Data Retention for Successful Applications
If your application results in recruitment, your data will be archived in our system per § 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to support the employment relationship.
Data Archiving Period for Unsuccessful Applications
If we are unable to make you an offer, if you reject an offer, or if you withdraw your application, we may retain your data based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for up to 6 months after the application process ends. This retention provides evidence in case of a legal dispute. If needed beyond 6 months (e.g., due to an ongoing legal dispute), data will be retained until no longer necessary.
Extended Data Storage with Consent
Longer storage is possible with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or if statutory retention requirements prevent deletion.
Admission to the Applicant Pool
If no job offer is made, you may join our applicant pool. If admitted, your application information will be stored to contact you for future suitable vacancies.
Applicant Pool Consent and Retention
Admission to the applicant pool requires your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is voluntary and unrelated to the current application process. Consent can be revoked at any time, leading to the deletion of your data unless legal requirements mandate retention. Data in the applicant pool will be permanently deleted no later than two years after consent is given.
